whilst the installation was difficult for a novice, it got better after watching the video and a few mistakes. paper instruction, and installation video for the model I bought via the qr code on the box was not available and could be improved. Despite this, i give credit to Mr. Chin and Ms Chan for being responsive and provide good after sales service which gives me peace of mind should there be any problems with the installation or product, which comes with 5 years warranty upon registration. Registration for warranty done too.
